Dieting

The Diet

Looking good feels so good.

When your clothes fit the way you want them to fit; something amazing happens.  When your hair is flowing or styled the way you like it; beauty is birthed, and you feel beautiful. When you don't like the way you look you feel horrible.

Some people have a hard time seeing themselves as beautiful so they nick pick at themselves but I am speaking to healthy people who understand healthy self image. Wanting to change something you don't like is okay and it simply means that you don't like something about yourself or you see something about yourself that could be better.

For example I have tried lots of different diets and some have been great and some have been not so great. Not because the products or the advice was bad; but it was because I did not take into account what it really takes to reach those goals.

I was missing one key ingredient and so I began to think about what is the key issue when it comes to losing weight. Think about it, it is not the products, it is not the declarations, but those things are needed in order to have success. We need the declarations, we need products to aid our bodies when it comes to hitting those goals but just saying, I am going to stop_______________, you fill in the blank; is thinking the right thoughts and it helps us lose weight but having the right actions is just as important to reaching those goals. there are several companies and public figures to aid individuals through the process but if we are not prepared to suffer we will never reach those goals. You have reed correctly; SUFFERING is the key thing to remember when it comes to dieting because we are denying the body the foods that it has become accustomed too.

I believe that losing weight means that the body will experience a certain level of suffering that is very uncomfortable and the declarations need to be posted and the right products around but those things do not stop the SUFFERING that the body experiences. Our bodies will suffer because we have to tell them no! if you are not willing to suffer you will not hit the goals. No pain, no gain. I believe the suffering process is two weeks; and a person must be ready to break the body and this hurts. I have failed several times. The pain comes and I cry out. Prayer helps, supportive people, declarations, and faithfulness to your nutrition program are needed.

Good luck with your goals!
